A recent study shows that comedian Yoo Jae-seok and singer Lee Hyo-ri were chosen by Korean TV viewers as their two favorite TV advertisement models in the second half of 2008.
According to the study, released by Brand 38 Research Institute on October 27, comedian Yoo Jae-seok took the number one spot with 23% of the votes.
Lee Hyo-ri, who took the fifth spot in the same poll conducted in the first half of the year, took the second spot with 16.4% of the votes. Actress Kim Tae-hee followed with 14.3%, actor Cho In-seong with 12.6% and actor Jang Dong-gun with 12.4% of the votes.
The one-to-one interview was conducted on 1,448 men and women over the age of 15 in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions from September 22 to October 1.

I almost forget yesterday was Pepero Day. Pepero Day was celebrated on November 11. It was manufactured by Lotte in South Korea.
So why is it held on 11 November? It was because “11/11″ resembles four sticks of Pepero. On this day, people give and receive these delicious sticks of Pepero.

Nong Shim Love Concert was supported by SBS and conducted by Nong Shim as a contribution to the society with the hope that young people will give their contribution in a form of donation as well as to share the experience and love. Two packages of Nongshim ramen donated by the concert participants, Nongshim is expected to give 1000 boxes to the Red Cross as a donation for the needy people.
The theme for the concert was ‘Love and Sharing’. The concert was held at Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium, Seoul.
Stars involved was Dong Bang Shin Ki, Big Bang, Rain, Wonder Girls, SHInee, Kim Jong Kook, Brown Eyed Girls, 2PM, See Ya, Son Dambi, M (Lee Minwoo), FT Island, Kim Dongwan, Younha and H-Eugene.
At the concert, Kim Dong Wan(Shinhwa) bade his farewell to his fans as he performed his goodbye stage, his latest single ‘Promise’ feat Younha. The song ‘Promise’ is simply Kim Dongwan’s message to his fans that he will come back with an even healthier and better image. Kim Dongwan will be away for 2 years for his military service. He will enlists for military service on 17th Nov. Dongwan Oppa, we are going to miz u!

Lee hyori, Korean Sexy Queen has first batch tickets selling in just 5 mins!
Tickets to the first solo concert in K-pop sensation Lee Hyo-lee’s career at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium on Dec. 20 sold out in just five minutes on Thursday.
The first 2,000 out of 7,500 tickets for the stadium, which were released at 2 p.m., were gone in five minutes, and the second round, released at 4 p.m., went equally fast as there were 13,000 people on the waiting list. Lee instantly emerged as the dark horse in the year-end concert market, the most hard-fought competition ground for big stars.
Lee is giving every concertgoer a T-shirt she designed herself for the occasion. Already the garment is attracting maximum buzz. “I wanted to give something special to my fans who waited for so long to see my first solo concert,” she said. “I will of course do my best to stage a perfect concert, but besides that I want my fans to have something to cherish fond memories of it even afterwards.”

A splendid nitez!!!! All my fave stars were there that nitezzz!!!! It was a superb performance!!! Fans shouting and singing along especially wonder girls ‘nobody’. Pity that Kim Jong Wook only sang one song ‘Only You’. Andy was so adorable!!! He must be thinking of Solbi when singing those two song, propose and love song. I was so glad to see him in person in the airport. Andy ah!!! Come again next year!!!
